WHY??? A house that is barely 5 years old should NOT have problems!!!
Over the summer we realized that we had a leaky roof in the garage. This was noticed because mold was growing on the ceiling. I called the builder and spoke with them about it and I got the name of their roofer. It seems that the person that roofed our house was fired the same year our house was built. So the 'new' roofer came out and looked at it. His exact words were, "you got screwed". The roof was so poorly done that it would cost as much to fix it as it would to just put a new roof on. He tried to 'fix' the corner were the leak was and said that if this didn't resolve our issue then a new roof would be needed. Needless to say a few months later we still had a leak. Then we noticed in our guest room that there was a drip from the ceiling halfway down the wall. Which now has frost on it because it's so cold out. In addition to that room the 'toy' room and dining room all has frosty corners as well........... Why is everything so expensive and so cheaply done!!!!

Oh no!! I think builders today think lets just get the job done, get our money and keep moving on. IT is all about quantity instead of quality. Hope you get it resolved and the builders fix it for you for free!
We have a different kind of problem that what you're going through with roofing. I do hope the builder will redo your roof for no charge!
We are experiencing electrical wiring problems that will need further attention soon if we shall paint our house. Believe it or not, we have NOT paint inside our house except for 2 of the bedroom and 2 of the bathroom. While the main of our house still untouchable. I'm glad we didn't because the twins surely left print hands especially the stairway upstairs.
Rianna and Justin enjoyed baking their first sugar cookies too. Justin love the cookie dough, while Rianna like to press the cookie cutter.
I am looking forward seeing some fun Christmas pictures.
Happy New Year!
