Weekend full of learning

Rachel is discovering that she can do things on her own. She has learned that by kicking the little blue shell she can turn the music on and off on her Aquarium. I also have heard the red toy spinning. I put her on the floor mat with the toys hanging from it and she isn't really reaching for the toys yet but she is kicking away and looking around like she's trying to figure things out.

Sarah is working on a wave. I wave to her and say 'Hi' slowly opening and closing my hand/fingers and she stares at my hand then I see her fingers moving. I bet she'll figure it out in the next couple weeks.

We have set a nightly routine now. Every night at 7 we change our clothes into PJ's, we then read a book (it's been 'Go, Dog. Go!' all week. Can you tell it's Eric's favorite?), eat our night time bottles, cuddle and by 7:45/8:00 they're in bed. I'm not sure how the time change will go. We're going to try getting up an hour earlier and work the time change in. Hopefully it will not affect their sleeping through the night!
