These are the guesses we had before I took the girls to be weighed.

Michelle: Sarah 12# Rachel 10# 5oz
Joy: Sarah 11# 8oz Rachel 10# 2oz
Eric: Sarah 11# 5oz Rachel 9# 10oz
Laura: Sarah 11#7oz Rachel 10# 2oz


Actual weights are:
Sarah 11# 8oz She is still 22 3/4" long
Rachel 10# She is 21 3/4" long
