Dinner

I was flipping through a magazine the other day and came across a recipe that I just had to try, Cheesy Manicotti. I packed up all three kids and headed to Meijer. I started making my new dish around 2:30 since chaos begins at 3 and doesn't really end until bed time. Needless to say, I did get it finished. Eric made a comment and I wasn't sure how to take it. "It tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant". I hoped it was a nice restaurant! He also told me that it was one of his new favorite dishes. (so it was a compliment) OH, and he renamed it.. Stuffed Marzotti.
