Speechless!

Tonight I cried with so much emotion. My goal to raise $2200.00 for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer walk was met. I can't thank everyone enough for all the support you have given me.

My poor feet are raw with blisters and have hurt to the point that I didn't want to walk. I managed to push through knowing that it is for a good cause. I also know that my MOM is proud of me and watching me, giving me the extra little nudge to make it 1 more mile. I know that in 30 days from today will be one of the biggest challenges I have faced. I also know that so many people will be thinking of me.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!

If you would still like to donate, please consider helping my teammates out. Thank you all again!

Congratulations, Laura! Watching Amy go through this process last year, I know how much work it takes to raise the money, train, and then do the walk. You're 2/3rds of the way there - it should be an experience you'll never forget!

Laura - Paul is right - it will be an experience you will never forget. Don't forget to take the time to laugh, cry and reminisce as you walk 60 miles in your mom's memory. You know I'll be thinking of you on your journey. I hope you'll take lots of pictures and blog all about it when you get back!
