HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DADDY!!!
This morning was a bit of a whirlwind. I woke up early but felt no desire to get out of bed. Eric came in at 8:00 and asked me to take the girls so he could get breakfast for everyone. Mom needed to be at the airport by 9 to catch her flight and Paul needed to leave around 10:30 to catch his flight.
Once things slowed down Eric mowed the grass, I put the girls down for a nap and prepared for 15 miles.
I gave Rachel Daddy's Father's day card and told her to take Sarah's hand and go give it to Daddy. It couldn't have been any cuter. Rachel walked with the card in one hand and Sarah's hand in the other across the kitchen and gave Daddy his card. Then Mom and I went and got their present for him. Rachel freaked out when we put her hand into the cement. Finally (after 5 hand tries and 1 foot try) we put saran wrap down and put her foot on it and pushed. This is definitely a unique gift.
We put the left over cement into another mold and created this for the house.
