.: Thanksgiving Weekend

This holiday went too fast! Wayne and the kids arrived Thursday around 10:30 and Eric's Mom and Brother arrived around noon. We visited until the turkey was ready then I did a mad dash to prepare the rest of the dishes. Overall I would say it was a success. There was plenty of food to go around! Unfortunately, Wayne and the kids had to leave right after dinner. Isaac wasn't cooperating and didn't take a nap. I think he was going through Mommy withdraw not to mention he was in a 'strange' place.

Michelle called to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. We were informed not to take a cruise in November. She said that the water was very choppy and they weren't able to doc on some of the excursions. I guess it didn't help that a crew member had a heart attack. They had to call the coast guard to fly out and send a basket down to get him to a hospital. Other than that they were having fun.

Friday... we pretty much visited and played with the girls. Didn't really do much of anything. Of course we ate all day. Uncle Paul fixed our computer!! He's awesome!

Saturday... The boys hung some Christmas lights. I'd put up pics of the lights but I don't have any and we're not done yet. We ate some more, watched football and when the girls went to bed we watched a movie.

Sunday... Mom and Paul left and we cleaned up a little did some laundry and when the girls took a nap Eric and I watched a movie then took a nap of our own. We hung out with the girls for the last few hours that we had before our world went back to the every day routine.

I'm very sad that Eric's back to work today. It seems like I never get enough time with him! The girls miss him too!! We can't wait for Daddy to come home tonight!!
