LONG WEEKEND!!

Friday morning we headed to Cleveland for our friend Renee's wedding. It was a long drive!! We left around 9:30 and didn't get to Grandma's house until around 7ish. The girls did really well considering they were strapped down for about 9 hours. We stopped for lunch at Wendy's and they ate chicken nuggets and scarfed down a cup of mandarin oranges. When we arrived we unloaded the kids, fed them dinner, played and put them to bed.

Saturday, Eric and I went to The Winking Lizard to watch Ohio State play. We had awesome seats at the bar right in front of the TVs. My best friend from college, Donnie, joined us. It was nice to see him and catch up. When the game was over we headed back to Mom's house. Aunt Kathy, Uncle Rick, cousin Brooks, Cousin Tiffany and the newest member little Hunter came to visit. Hunter was born last Sunday October 28th. He was 6 # 1 oz. When I held him I couldn't even remember the girls ever being that small... (I know Rachel was even smaller than that) He just seemed soooo tiny! He's a little cutie!

Rachel started walking!!

Sunday, We packed up the girls and headed over to see Grandma and Grandpa. We visited with them for a few hours. Sarah and Rachel showed off how they could walk and be cute. After our visit we went back, Eric took a nap and the girls and I went to Walmart to walk around and give the house some 'quiet' time. We left for the wedding around 4. It was a very pretty wedding!!! Renee looked so beautiful!

Monday, We took the girls to visit Mom's co-workers. I don't think Grandma is proud of them at all... (smile) It was nice to see where Mom works and meet her friends. We left from the hospital and started our LONG journey home. It didn't start out too bad. Both girls were passed out before we left the parking lot. About an hour later we pulled over and ate lunch, filled up with gas, let the girls stretch a little then hit the highway. There were no more naps the rest of the way home. It was one or the other expressing their hatered for the ride. Around Champaign (about an hour from home) we pulled over and walked around ToysRUs for a little bit to get the girls out of the car. We finally made it home!!! I'm not sure if we can make that trip again, we feel so bad for them!!

Tuesday was an unwind/laundry/ try to get the girls back in routine type day. I didn't get much done!
