Yesterday I started the girls on big people food. For breakfast they had strawberries & cream oatmeal, lunch Mac & cheese(baby food) a chicken nugget and 1/4 of a banana cut into little pieces, dinner we had pasta shells (plain) ham and more banana. After dinner, Eric asked if they got any vegetables today, I completely forgot veggies! Today we'll add veggies. Sarah couldn't get enough of the oatmeal and Rachel couldn't get enough of the banana. I also started them on sippy cups of whole milk. Rachel doesn't seem to have any problems but Sarah is hesitant and more interested in the new purple cup than drinking from it.
So far this morning the girls have eaten 2 packets of peaches & cream oatmeal and a strawberry/banana fruit bar with their milk of course. Not sure what we'll have for lunch but I'm sure we'll figure something out.

Sounds yummy - or as Adam would say "Nummy!"
Both of my kids LOVED green beans straight from the can. Emily also liked peas out of the can. Adam didn't and still doesn't like peas!
