Sorry I wasn't able to get this updated sooner. Things have been crazy!! We decided to get our basement finished and to save money we did the demolition part ourselves. By that I mean tearing walls down and pulling the ceiling off and carrying all that debris upstairs and cutting it or bagging it so the garbage man will take it. Not to mention all the stuff we had stored down there, including our office had to be relocated. It's a little cluttered up here but were managing. The contractor will begin construction Mid July. (I can't wait for this to be done!!!!)

Sarah; she is saying Dadada and Mamama (she has no idea what it means but it's still cute!) She has been working on the crawling thing and has is down to the point that if she wants to get somewhere she can get there either by rolling or 'crawling'. The main task we've been working on is sitting. She's not very good at sitting by herself. She sees her feet and think they belong in her mouth so of course she bends over and falls. She prefers to stand. The other day Sarah actually took a couple steps (of course I had her fingers).
Rachel; she hasn't picked up on the Mamama/ Dadada lingo yet but I'm sure it will come. As far as crawling... she scoots on her back or rolls where she needs to go but she is trying to crawl. It's cute, she'll be on her belly and her arms and legs will be straight out like she's flying. (Daddy calls her Super Girl) As far as sitting goes, she's getting pretty good at it.
Both girls enjoy standing up and love the jumperoo and the exersaucer. Mommy likes them too!
She really did fall asleep!!

Hi there....I love reading your blogs whenever I can. I agreed, I can't believe they have grown too. My twins, Rianna and Justin are doing fine. They both have tooth coming in (Justin is getting his all at once).
I wished we can get our basement done too. We have so many stuff to get rid of but will do a garage sale next year. By then, we should start since the kids is going to want more room to run around and their toys.
By the way, I just wanted to let you know that I join a group called "Meetup Play Group" for Plainfield - "Tiny Tots". I am currently an organizer for a newly play group called "Southwest Twins". I hope some of the mothers with twins will join for future activities. If you know of any mothers with twins that want to join such as stroller walk, monthly birthday celebrations, mommy night out, and etc. There bunch of fun activities to keep you and twins going each day.
I still talk to Holly every once a while with email. Her girls are beautiful! I hope to get together with her soon for another cup of coffee. Maybe, you can join in too?

When Eric answered the phone Fri night, & asked if I was on my way over.... I just had to sigh. Those were the good ol' Friday's when you still lived up here! Still haven't found something that beats those Fri nights!
Wow! The basement is really moving along! I didn;t realize you were taking the walls down to the studs!! You guys really have been busy!
I'm so retarded, I didn't even realize that 1st pic was in my own living room when you guys were here! So glad you came that weekend- we had a really great time.
Well, miss you guys a lot! Can't wait to see the video of the girls, (or at least Sarah) crawling now!
